Melissa Stuart was elected to the Redmond City Council in 2021. She holds a Master of Non-Profit Leadership from Seattle University and has over a decade of experience in philanthropic leadership at organizations like Treehouse and Boys & Girls Clubs of King County. Stuart served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Moldova and has also been on the board of Zero Waste Washington. She currently lives in the Overlake Village neighborhood.
