Meriam Sabih is a community organizer, freelance journalist, and mother of three. She holds a Master's degree in Political Science from Lehigh University. In 2024, she was the Democratic nominee for Pennsylvania House of Representatives District 131, but lost to the incumbent in the general election. She is running again for the same seat in the 2026 election. Her campaign focuses on strengthening public education, protecting reproductive freedoms, and promoting smart economic growth.
