Michael Fitzpatrick is an Army veteran who served two tours in Iraq in the mid-2000s. He currently works as a part-time college philosophy instructor. He and his wife, Mary, moved to Poulsbo a few years ago. Fitzpatrick previously ran for the same City Council position in 2021. He states that his years of military service, education, and teaching have provided him with useful skills, knowledge, and temperament to serve his fellow citizens.
