Michael Freeman, a Republican, is running for Oklahoma House of Representatives, District 91, in 2026. A 1993 University of Illinois graduate, he has a long career in environmental protection. He joined the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality in 1994, serving as an Environmental Specialist and Criminal Investigator, where he helped establish the agency's criminal investigation program. He is currently an Environmental Programs Specialist. Freeman also leads Trilogy Financial Solutions, LLC as President and Financial Advisor, and is an Associate Instructor for the Verbal Judo Institute. He is a founding member of the Oklahoma Environmental Crime Investigators Association.
