Michael Kondratick is a 12-year resident of Holly Springs and a father of three. He is a co-founder of Relate Advocacy, a public affairs firm in Raleigh, and has over two decades of experience in the field, with a focus on patient advocacy and healthcare. Previously, he was the Director of Grassroots Advocacy for JDRF and a Vice President at Capstrat. He earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Lehigh University and ran for the Virginia State Legislature in 2011 as a Democrat. In his community, Kondratick has volunteered with the Holly Springs Food Cupboard, coached with the Parks and Rec Department, and graduated from the Citizen Police Academy.
