Michael Peterson

Michael (Mike) Peterson attended Washington State University from 1979-1984, studying Food Science with a Business Option. His professional experience includes various manufacturing and logistics positions at Safeway, Inc. from 1983 to 2013, serving as an Ice Cream Plant Manager for Humboldt Creamery Association, and as Vice President of Operations for EartH2O from 2013-2018. He is currently the VP of Operations/SVP of Business Development for Universal Chain, Inc./Eclipse Advantage LLC. Peterson also has experience as a Director for the Deschutes Valley Water District (2014-2015) and has been a community service volunteer, umpiring baseball and softball for various leagues in California, Oregon, and Washington.
