Mike Redondo is an attorney and the incumbent Republican representative for Florida State House District 118, having first assumed office in December 2023. Born and raised in Miami, Redondo earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law. He is the founder and managing partner of Redondo Law, P.A., a personal injury firm. In 2025, he was elected by colleagues to serve as Speaker for the 2030 House term.
