Michelle Evans has been a Woodinville resident since 2007 and a City Councilmember since November 2021. She is a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and owns a marketing consultancy based in Woodinville. Prior to her role on the council, she was a board member for the Whatcom County Boys & Girls Club, a softball coach, and a Girl Scout leader. She currently serves on the Eastrail Regional Advisory Council and is a board member of the Woodinville Arts Alliance.
