Mike Coryell

Mike Coryell was appointed to the Board of Fire Commissioners for San Juan County Fire Protection District No. 3 to fill a vacancy effective October 2025. Professionally, he is a Senior Associate at WJE in Seattle, with nearly two decades of experience in geotechnical engineering. His engineering work involves field monitoring programs, design and review of construction elements, and complex analyses for infrastructure like tunnels, retaining structures, and foundations. Prior to his engineering career, Coryell served in the United States Air Force as an intercontinental ballistic missile maintenance officer.
