Mike Karnofski is a lifelong resident of Kelso with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. He worked for Weyerhaeuser for 37 years and served for 6 years as a Cowlitz County Commissioner. He holds both a BS and MS from the University of Washington, as well as an MBA from the University of Portland. Karnofski has a long history of community involvement, having served as a board member for the Cowlitz Economic Development Council for over 20 years and as a former Mayor of Kelso.
