Mike Kelly

Mike Kelly is a businessman and resident of Spokane Valley. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer for KT Contracting Company and owns several other businesses, including Millennial Property Management and Millennial Capital Investors. He grew up near Portland, Oregon, attended Mount Hood Community College and Brigham Young University, and has worked as a financial adviser, paralegal, and tax preparer. In March 2024, he was appointed to the Spokane Valley Planning Commission. Kelly previously ran for the Washington State Senate in 2024. He is married to Kristi Kelly, has three step-children, and six grandchildren.
