Mindy Domb was first elected to the Massachusetts House of Representatives in November 2018 and represents the 3rd Hampshire District (Amherst and Granby precincts 1 and 2A). Before taking office she was Executive Director of the Amherst Survival Center (2013–2018), following decades as a community organizer, public health educator, and nonprofit executive who led statewide HIV/AIDS, harm reduction, and opioid overdose prevention programs and co-founded the Berkshire AIDS Coalition. She earlier worked as a congressional aide to U.S. Rep. Ted Weiss (D-NY). She earned a bachelor's degree from Barnard College and completed graduate coursework at Teachers College, Columbia University. She chairs the Joint Committee on Mental Health, Substance Use and Recovery.

Rep. Domb supports expanding local voting access and ballot reforms, sponsoring ranked-choice voting for the town of Amherst, local voting rights for lawful permanent residents in Amherst, and random ballot placement rules.
