Morella Mora

Morella Mora is a first-generation immigrant from Venezuela who was appointed to the White Salmon City Council in May 2025 to fill a vacancy. She runs her own consulting company that provides leadership coaching, mediation, and crisis management services. Mora also serves as a community organizer and program director at Comunidades, an organization focused on improving Latino civic engagement in environmental and social justice issues. In her application for the council seat, she noted she has been a resident of White Salmon for two years.
