Morgan Cephas is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives representing District 192, serving since 2016. A native of West Philadelphia, she graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in political science. Prior to joining the legislature, she served as the Deputy Chief of Staff to Philadelphia City Councilman Curtis Jones Jr. In the General Assembly, her priorities include expanding healthcare access, improving educational opportunities, and addressing maternal mortality.
