Morgan J. Rielly, a Westbrook native, is serving his third term as State Representative for Maine's 127th District. A graduate of Bowdoin College, he previously served on the Westbrook City Council as a student. He is a strong advocate for service programming, having sponsored legislation for the Maine Climate Corps and Service Fellows. His policy focuses include supporting veterans, promoting civics education, protecting Maine's environment and working waterfronts, and ensuring affordable healthcare and housing for older and working-class Mainers. Outside the State House, he works as an oyster farmhand and has authored books on World War II veterans and immigrants in Maine.
