Morgan White is a long-time resident and graduate of Coupeville High School. She is a United States Air Force veteran and a small business owner. White holds a Bachelor of Arts in Web Design and Interactive Media from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. She was first elected to the board in 2021 and currently serves as its president. She is also the Administrator for the Island County Historical Museum. White and her husband have two children attending schools within the district.
