Myra Simons

Myra Simons is an experienced Republican operative, currently serving as the Grassroots Director for Congressman Mark Green. She previously coordinated grassroots efforts for Green's campaign and chaired the TN Leadership Team for Ted Cruz's presidential bid. Her political engagement includes leading the "Yes on 1 Campaign," which successfully amended the Tennessee Constitution to permit legislation protecting against abortion. Simons holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bob Jones University. She is an incumbent Republican State Executive Committeewoman for District 13, seeking re-election to the position she has held since at least 2023, and is a member of the Rutherford County Republican Executive Committee.
