Nancy Conard

Nancy Conard is a long-time resident of Coupeville, having attended Coupeville schools from kindergarten through 12th grade. She worked for the Coupeville School District for 30 years, retiring as the business manager in 2004. In this role, she gained experience in budgeting, financial management, collective bargaining, and personnel. Conard also served as the mayor of Coupeville for 20 years. She has been actively involved in numerous community organizations, including the Coupeville Lions Club and Soroptimists. She was first elected to the school board in 2021.
