Napoleon J. Nelson is the incumbent Democrat representing District 154 in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, a position he has held since 2020. Before his election to the state legislature, he served on the Cheltenham School Board from 2011 to 2017 and as Cheltenham Township's Finance Officer. Nelson is a finance professional with a B.S. in computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
