Natali Fani-González

Natali Fani-González serves as the President of the Montgomery County Council, representing District 6 as a Democrat. First elected in 2022, she chairs the Economic Development Committee and is a member of the Planning, Housing and Parks Committee. Her policy priorities include economic opportunity, public safety, and early care and education. Prior to her council service, Fani-González was the Vice Chair of the Montgomery County Planning Board, where she served for seven years, focusing on equitable land use, environmental justice, and community engagement.
