Natalie Higgins is a lifelong Leominster resident, Boston-educated attorney, and former non-profit executive director. A 2006 graduate of Leominster High School, she earned a B.A. in Political Science from UMass Amherst and a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2014. She served as a counselor and prevention educator for survivors of sexual violence at Pathways for Change and later as Executive Director of the Public Higher Education Network of Massachusetts (PHENOM). First elected in 2016, she has represented the 4th Worcester District since 2017.
