Nate Marsh

Nate Marsh is a Republican candidate for the Colorado House of Representatives, District 43, running in the 2026 primary election. Marsh, who grew up in Montana and moved to Highlands Ranch in middle school, holds degrees from TCU and the University of Maryland School of Law. He has built a career as a prosecutor, working on economic crimes in Baltimore and later specializing in sexual offenses against children and domestic violence cases in Colorado. Currently, he serves as a Senior Deputy District Attorney in Douglas County. Marsh is motivated to run due to what he perceives as soft-on-crime legislative policies, aiming to reverse the direction of Colorado by fighting for victims and addressing issues like affordability and the state's business environment.
