Nathan Volke is a Republican representing District 3 on the Anne Arundel County Council. A lifelong resident of Pasadena, he is a graduate of Chesapeake High School, the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a B.A. in Political Science, and the University of Baltimore School of Law with a J.D. Before his election to the council in 2018, Volke served on the Anne Arundel County Library Board of Trustees and as Chairman of the Anne Arundel County Republican State Central Committee. He works as an attorney, concentrating on family law litigation. On the council, he has developed a reputation as a fiscal conservative.
