Neal Patrick Dunn is an American surgeon and politician serving as the U.S. representative for Florida's 2nd congressional district since 2017. He served in the U.S. Army Medical Corps for 11 years, reaching the rank of major. After his military service, Dunn practiced urology in Panama City, Florida, for 25 years and was the founding president of the Advanced Urology Institute. In January 2026, he announced he would not seek re-election.
