Nick Pachota

Nick Pachota is a father, grandfather, 25-year first responder and small business owner who serves as the conservative Mayor of Venice. Growing up in the hospitality industry, he picked up shifts at his family's seafood restaurant, served on the Venice Youth Advisory Board and as a Police Explorer, and went on to a career as an EMT, paramedic, firefighter and SWAT medic. He and his wife Kate live in Venice and have two grown daughters. He is a graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School, holds an associate degree from Valencia College (2007), and is a co-owner of the Venice Pier Group.
