Noah Emmanuel Waters

Noah Emmanuel Waters is a Democratic candidate for the Prince George's County Council At-Large in Maryland. A resident of Brandywine and the former mayor of the Town of Eagle Harbor, Waters brings a diverse professional background in finance, leadership, and sustainability. He holds a Ph.D. in business administration and is a CPA who began his career at Deloitte.
