Nolanda Robert

Nolanda Robert, a Democrat, was appointed to the Harford County Council to represent District A in January 2025. With a background of over 18 years in the Cecil County court system, she is the owner of Voice of a Child, LLC, providing counseling and mediation services. Robert's priorities include fostering economic growth, enhancing community resources, and ensuring equitable investment in education. She holds a Master of Science from the University of Baltimore and is an active member of the Harford County NAACP and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. Her focus is on building a stronger, more sustainable future for all residents of Harford County.
