Norman J. Orrall is the Republican State Representative for the 12th Bristol District (Berkley, East Taunton, Lakeville, and Middleborough). Born and raised in Lakeville, where he has lived for over forty years, he was elected to the Massachusetts House in 2018. A 1990 University of Massachusetts, Amherst engineering graduate, he worked as a professional civil engineer for over thirty years and was appointed by Governor Baker as Chief of the Division of Planning and Engineering for the Department of Conservation and Recreation. He previously served as Lakeville Town Moderator (2014–2018) and on the Lakeville Finance Committee, and is a past president of the Lakeville Lions Club. He and his wife, Keiko Orrall, have two adult children and three grandchildren.
