Owen Lang

Owen Lang, a Bozeman native and Republican, is running for Montana House District 66 in the 2026 primary. A Bozeman High '93 graduate, he aims to preserve Montana as "the Last Best Place." He is pro-family, supports constitutional rights including speech, religion, and gun ownership, and advocates for limited government, free markets, and law and order. Lang, a veteran of the Montana Army National Guard, previously worked as a plumber-fitter for 22 years, owning his own plumbing business and a local whiskey distillery. He also supports vocational trades, public land access, and tax reform. This is his first foray into politics.
