Pam Haley has served on the Spokane Valley City Council since being appointed in 2016 and is currently serving her second term as Mayor, a position chosen by the council. She previously served as Deputy Mayor from 2018-2019. A small business owner for over 30 years, she holds Master's degrees in both Business (MBA) and Education. Haley grew up in Spokane Valley, graduating from Central Valley High School. She has also served as a Republican Precinct Committee Officer since 2020.
