Parnell William Terry is an incumbent Democratic State Representative for Maine's House District 108, representing the town of Gorham. He began his service on December 3, 2024, and is currently seeking re-election in the 2026 Democratic primary on June 9. A Facilities Maintenance Technician by profession, he earned a B.A. from UMO in 1992. He is married to Maureen and they have three children. Terry is active in his community, serving as Co-Chair of the Maine Irish Heritage Center and Vice President of the Irish American Club of Maine. In the legislature, he is a member of the Inland Fisheries and Wildlife Committee and the Veterans and Legal Affairs Committee.
