Pat Wallis is a U.S. Army veteran and technology professional running for the U.S. House to represent California's 23rd Congressional District. He served in the Army from 1998 to 2001 and later managed bases as a Coast Guard civilian. In the private sector, Wallis works as a software developer and leads the Esri Innovation Lab. He holds a bachelor's and a graduate degree from Tulane University. Wallis has also served as Board President for the high desert veterans nonprofit Mil-Tree.
