Patrick Gallagher is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 173 since 2023. A Northeast Philadelphia native, he served as chief of staff for former state Rep. Mike Driscoll for eight years before his election to the state House. He graduated from Cardinal Dougherty High School and earned a B.A. in political science from Temple University.
