Patrick Harbison has served as the Port of Kalama's District 2 Commissioner since being appointed in 2021 and has since been re-elected. He previously worked as the Cowlitz County Utilities Manager. Harbison earned a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering from Oregon State University in 2002. He has been a resident of Kalama since 2009 and also serves on the Kalama Planning Commission.
