Patrick Kevin Ryan is the incumbent U.S. Representative for New York's 18th Congressional District, having assumed office in 2023. A Kingston native, Ryan graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and served as an Army intelligence officer, completing two combat tours in Iraq. After his military service, he co-founded a technology company. Before his election to Congress, Ryan served as the Ulster County Executive from 2019 to 2022. He serves on the Armed Services Committee.
