Patrick Vincenti

Patrick Vincenti is a Republican candidate for Harford County Executive. A lifelong resident of the county and a small business owner for over 50 years, he has extensive experience in local government. Vincenti was first elected to the Harford County Council representing District E in 2014 and was later elected as County Council President in both 2018 and 2022.
