Patti Belle was appointed to the Lakewood City Council in 2021. Born in Port Orchard, Washington, she has lived in Pierce County for over two decades and moved to Lakewood in 2018. She has over 20 years of experience in communications and marketing, including over 8 years with the Tacoma News Tribune. She currently works as the Communications Manager for the City of Kent. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Pacific Lutheran University and a Project Management Certificate from the University of Washington. She previously served on the Lakewood Arts Commission.
