Paul Douglas Gammill

Paul Douglas Gammill is an active Democratic candidate running for the Democratic Central Committee in Maryland's Legislative District 21. A resident of Odenton in Anne Arundel County, he is running in the 2026 primary election. Professionally, Gammill has an extensive background in education policy and compliance. He is retired from the Baltimore City Public Schools system. Previously, he served as the Director of the Family Policy Compliance Office at the U.S. Department of Education, where he provided oversight of federal student privacy regulations such as FERPA. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
