Paul Hooper is a candidate for Washougal School District No. 112-6, School Director, District No. 5 in Washougal, Washington — 2025 General Election. Running as Nonpartisan.

Paul Hooper is a graduate of Washougal High School and a parent of two students in the district. He was appointed to the Washougal School Board in August 2025 to fill a vacated seat and is running unopposed for the position in the November election. Hooper has extensive leadership experience in the private sector, including over 20 years at Nike in roles such as Innovation Program Director, and currently owns a small business. He holds a biology degree from the University of Portland and an MBA from Portland State University. Hooper is also an active community volunteer, notably with East County Little League.
