Paul R. Flynn is an incumbent Republican State Representative for Maine's District 63, representing Unity Township, Winslow (Part), Albion, and Freedom. He is seeking re-election in the 2026 Republican primary. Flynn's diverse professional background includes roles as a pastor, real estate agent, and entrepreneur, having founded Freedom Coin Company and previously operated Freedom General Store for 15 years. He also served as a manager at a residential treatment center and is currently a Selectman in Albion. In the House, he serves on the Health Coverage, Insurance and Financial Services Committee. He is married with three children and eight grandchildren, and holds B.S. and Associate’s Degrees from St. Joseph’s College.
