Paul Tuss is a Democratic politician currently serving as a Montana State Representative for District 27. He assumed his current office on January 6, 2025, with his term concluding in January 2027. Tuss is running for re-election in the 2026 Montana Primary Election for District 27, where he is unopposed. He initially won election to the House in November 2022 for District 28. Following redistricting, he successfully campaigned for re-election to District 27 in 2024. A native of Anaconda, Montana, Tuss grew up in Opportunity and graduated from the University of Montana in 1988 with a political science degree.
