Peggy Uppiano was elected to the Ferndale School Board in November 2021. She and her husband moved to Ferndale in 1986, and their four children attended Ferndale schools. Uppiano has a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the College of Idaho. She has worked for many years as a tutor in math and English and also scores essays and math problems for standardized tests.
