Perry Shumway

Perry Shumway, a Rexburg-based father of nine, is the Republican candidate for Idaho's 2nd Congressional District in 2026. An alumnus of Brigham Young University with bachelor's and MBA degrees, he works as a Brand Strategy Manager at Madisonhealth. Shumway's campaign emphasizes removing incumbent advantages, proposing term limits, nonpartisan redistricting, real-time campaign finance disclosure, and a lifetime ban on post-Congressional lobbying.
