Peter C Wood

Peter Conley Wood is the incumbent State Representative for Maine House District 81, having assumed office in December 2024 and currently serving his first term. A Republican, he is seeking re-election in 2026. Wood is a small business owner, operating a landscaping, lawn care, and maintenance company. An Oxford Hills High School graduate, he is actively involved in his community, serving a second term on the SAD 17 school board and on the Region 11 tech board. He is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce and local Fish and Game Clubs. Representing Norway, Sweden, Waterford, and surrounding areas, he is married to Rhonda, has two children, and one grandson, and enjoys managing his woodlot and big game hunting.
