Phadra Carson Foster

Phadra Carson Foster is an educator, advocate, and community leader campaigning for Alabama State Senate District 25. As a college instructor, she has dedicated years to serving families through education and public service at local, state, and national levels, including work with the Alabama Historical Commission. Holding two graduate degrees, she champions economic security, strong and supportive schools, and accessible healthcare—encompassing hospital protection and expanded mental health services. Foster seeks to bring trusted, community-centered leadership to Montgomery and Crenshaw Counties, prioritizing service, accountability, and listening to effectively represent her constituents with a philosophy of servant leadership.
