Phil Hart

Phil Hart is the Republican incumbent for Idaho Senate District 2, having served since 2022. He previously represented Legislative District 3B in the Idaho House of Representatives from 2004 to 2012. Holding degrees in civil engineering and an MBA, Hart is seeking re-election in 2026.
