Philip Rice is a Republican candidate for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in District 72 [1.2]. A native of Cambria County, Rice served on active duty with the U.S. Army for over 20 years, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. His military honors include two Bronze Star Medals and the Combat Action Badge. Following his military career, Rice returned to Pennsylvania, where he has served as an Accredited VA Representative and as President and Secretary of the Cambria County Fair.
