Philip "Griff" Griffitts Jr. is a Republican politician serving as the incumbent representative for District 6 in the Florida House of Representatives [1.3]. First elected in 2022, he represents parts of Bay County. Before his election to the state legislature, Griffitts served as a Bay County Commissioner from 2016 to 2022 and was the commission's chairman. He also served on the Panama City Beach Civil Service Board and the Bay County Planning Commission. He is a graduate of Florida State University.
