Poppy T Arford

Poppy Arford is an incumbent State Representative for Maine's House District 101, representing Brunswick. A Democrat, she has served in the Maine House since December 2020, initially for the 49th district before redistricting to her current seat. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Southern Maine and has a background in public service. Arford is a member of the Health Coverage, Insurance and Financial Services Committee. Her community involvement includes the Rotary Club of Brunswick, Outdoor Pursuits, and Brunswick United for a Safe Environment. In 2023, she was recognized as Legislator of the Year by the Independence Association. She is currently seeking re-election.
