Qasim Rashad is a business owner and the President of Final Mile Technologies, an IT company he founded in 1998. Born and raised in Philadelphia, he earned a bachelor's degree from Dillard University. Rashad has served as a City Committee person for Philadelphia's 22nd Ward and a State Committee person for Pennsylvania's 4th Senatorial District. He also coaches youth soccer with City Athletics and volunteers for local community initiatives. He is running for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
